INTRODUCTION 

Entrepreneur and entrepreneurship is term where always mentioned by society since years. This term brings many meaning and definitions in their own understanding. Entrepreneurship is one process that created something new which is creative and difference like innovation to creating wealthy and adding value to society. Generally, entrepreneur can be define by someone whom make some business until successful with the motif to gain profit. However, definition of entrepreneur very wide. They will realize the important of entrepreneurship towards country and society such as increasing the user of technology and increasing the income in the country. Each society will become advanced and prosperous if there are many entrepreneur. For example, Singapore and Japan. Entrepreneur is individual that great at finding the chances, risk taker, creative and innovation, good at use of source and gain profit.

            Now days, many people all around the world engaging in entrepreneurship without care what kind of business they are running. This show that entrepreneurship
hHas be one of popular job in our life because people can see that this one of  job opportunity  which can give a lot of profit and it can make our economy more stable. However, in this entrepreneurship world, there some traits that we need to consider when we are running some of business to make our business more success.
            One of the traits must have when we involved in this job is the entrepreneur must be brave to taking risk to improved their business in a high level. It can be see, when you brave to face the risk when running some business, it will make you more strong and proactive person because it will show how really you are in the entrepreneurship world. For example, when you take the risk, it open you up to new ideas, skills, opportunities and experiences. This will put you in a different level of other entrepreneurs.
            Some of entrepreneur who can be example that we look forward is Mi-Ki Choong. She was born in Malaysia and is also the granddaughter of the late Choong Ah Choy who is also known as the "Lorry King" that founded Choong Keow. Before this, Mi-ki enter the university at age 16 and started to be involved in her family business by the age of 19. Satisfied pouring idea and dedicate in the family business, Mi-Ki want to out from the comfort zone in her business family with take a risk that she want to try another business with her own effort. She then established other group of companies with her key partners.
            This has indicates that Mi-Ki do not just focus  to make profit in her family business but want to making  profit in her own company. She has do many thing in this entrepreneurship world until she being a inspire woman entrepreneur to many other entrepreneur outside to be a successful one. So, if we want to be someone different and success  we have to make a right decisions and good in take risk. We can see that risk allows you to grow and discover new things about yourself and the world, to delevop your strengths and talents.

Visionary
            Another trait we can see that needed in entrepreneur after daring to take a risk is a visionary. Visionary is about planning or thinking the future with imagination or wisdom about their goals. This traits is important to each entrepreneur because it helps you what you want to do with your business in the future. In the other words, we have to think now what we want to achieve in the next of the future in our business and by that we need to always hardworking to achieve our vision.
            One of the entrepreneur  who can be for this traits is Fione Tan who is known as the president and CEO of eOneNet.com. Fione Tan is a Malaysian and her education is in bachelor of Arts in Management and marketing in 1997 in lowa, USA. Before this she has a experience worked at PanGlobal Insurance Berhad, Malaysia and Kurnia Insurance Berhad, Malaysia. After that, she decided to be consultant or coach how to be a good entrepreneur on eOneNet.com. This is the one of the top Internet marketing company with offices in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore, and ranked no.1 internet marketing company Asia by google.
             Fione Tan started to do this business at a young age and consider to her, she does not nothing about this industry at first. But who knows that she can be a successful person in this industry even her did not really know about this job. Actually, she is a visionary entrepreneur because she has set what kind of achievement she want to achieve or another word is vision. The vision is, she want to see herself establishing more offices in asia and turning her company into a leading global brand in the internet market while at the same times toning more coaches and staff to take on my responsibilities.
            All the hardworks do by Fione Tan bring her to happiness because she had won awards such as she be among the top 10 Women Entrepreneurs Awards 2008. Other than that, she also the certificate of recognition from the Queen of Malaysia .
            As a conclude, visionary traits is needed in each entrepreneur because it can grow up your business because when we have a vision, automatically we are do something to achieve our vision.

Huen Su Yin – C.A.K.E Sdn Bhd

Failure is an option
Few years ago, Su Yin went to pursue her studies in Australia. For her own allowances, she worked at restaurants and at the same time learned how to bake.
For Su Yin, a person without any culinary experience, baking would be somehow an impossible task for her. But she never gave up although she have failed many times.
Su Yin believed that as long as she persevered, nothing is impossible to her. This is because she would accept the failure and continued to strive even harder.  When she baked, she would asked friends of her to sample it and give her their comments so that she could improve. Later, mouth began to spread news among her friends and they would order cakes from her for their birthday. Upon completion of her studies, Su Yin returned to Malaysia and continued to bake. Su Yin then became certain of her future goals.
She continued her interest and took up the 6months course (European Pastry Programme at the Notter School of Pastry Arts in Floria, US. She then returned back to Malaysia at the age of 23 upon her completion of the course.
Su Yin was the only one baking the cakes when she started her business in Malaysia. She accept only pre-orders as baking the cake would took her 1 or 2 days. Su Yin realized that the profit she earned  is insufficient to cover her rental. She then decided to expand her business and included pastries as well. 4 years later, she already has 4 outlets and changed her name of business, Delectable to Delectable Treats.
Her quote : "Just believe that even if you do not succeed now, 1 day you will eventually achieve success".

Team Oriented
Goh Ai Ching, former P&G and Experimental Psychologist. Who is now the co-founder of the company.
Chao, after spending 5 years in the States, Chao is now our Ruby on Rails developer and CTO responsible for managing product and growing the team.
Elvin, former engineer, is now our Chief Product Officer. His responsibility is to manage and supervise the whole production of our Piktochart.
 Andrea is the co-founder and is also a self-learned Ruby on Railist. He is now currently supervising the team in regards to back-end operations and infrastructure.
Jen Yen who is our Head of UI/UX, She is the one who is making Piktochart easy that users can use it easily.
See Mei who is the Head of Design, a designer that adds information on Piktochart's library.
Albert is our Head of Frontend. He is able to make accurate sound imitations as well. He is open to all kind of suggestions on how to put on more weights.
Zhen who is our Head of Customer Delight. Being patient and inquisitive, who is also the Office Manager that delights everyone in the office.
Marta who is our Head of Marketing. He is in charge and responsible for bringing the company into other country's market.
Rin is our Infographic Designer in the Design team. There is 1 magazine which can inspire her the most is known as Grafik.
Wei Jian who is our Data Analyst is able to tell you 19percent of the Piktochart team members have used what kind of word in their self-introduction.
 Joachim who is our ROR Developer, is responsible and working on the back-end of the web application.
Giri who is our Web Designer in our UI/UIX team, her responsibility is to create website.
Swallow is a developer and is responsible for the works on the front end of the website app. She is the only 1 female developer on Piktochart.
Kimberly is the newest player to join the Design Team as a designer from KL(Kuala Lumpur).who is also known for her loves in designing the infographics.
Ridha who continued to pursue his goal in life in the design industry has become our family member of the UI Design team.
John who is a former Pyschologist, has become our Customer Delight Officer now and works for the EST time zone. He is the one that handle with people on the live supports
Willy as our iOS Developer, his responsibility is to bring the company's experience into the unchartered IOS world.
 Shen Dee is our HR Officer in Piktochart. She is the one who is known as the best person to handle our humans in the office.
May Syn who is a former accountant, is now our Finance and Operation Executive. Responsible for handling the finanace and operation side to maintain the order in Piktochart.
Joline working in Piktochart as 1 of the Customer Delight Team, she is currently now in Texas managing the technical and support side.

Lee Khoon Hooi – Director Clothes Creation

 Observant
After he graduate at Malaysian Institue of Art in the year of 1993, Khoon Hooi works for Voir, Playboy and Isetan in Kuala Lumpur as a assistant fashion designer. He then participate in designer competitions in 1996 and won 2 award. Khoon Hooi later realized that he got the qualification to be able to participate in worldwide competition.
His realization awarded him in Japan of the Asian Young Designer. Khoon Hooi then founded the company known as Clothier Creation in 1999.
 Later in 2006, he was the only Malaysian Designer out of the 3 designers that went to represent in United States while showing at Singapore Fashion Week. From studying fashion, and working only as an assistant designer in a few company. He now has several labels to his name. He is an observant individual in the fashion industry.

Mac Chung Lynn - Group CEO and director of Nando’s Malaysia and Singapore

Proactive
When Chung Lynn was pursuing architecture in London, she discovered the brand of Nando's.  1998, she brought in Nando into Malaysia as the co founder. Many people foreseen that Chung Lynn will not last more than a few years.
Later in 2008, her business in Malaysia shot to a RM48,000,000 in revenue. Chung Lynn was a proactive player. In her media interview statement, she said that she do not compartmentalise, however it became part of her life and do not see any issue with it. When she first started her business at a young age, there are people who might not take her seriously into it.
 As the co-founder, she is very serious into the reviews and situation of the company.
In this case, it can be seen that Mac Chung Lynn was a proactive person.

Tuan Haji Mohd Tamin- Kicap Tamin

Outcome Oriented
This means that they are more interested in the final outcome rather that going through a process. In many ways it is a good thing. That is as long as the desired result is a honourable thing and that the process has integrity. You could say it doesn’t matter how you get there as long as you get there. Not good if it has a detrimental effect on other areas.
The story about Kicap Tamin starts on 1951 when Tuan Haji Mohd.Tamin found a recipe to make Kicap Tamin. He start a small production in Batu Gajah, Perak. Tuan Haji Mohd Tamin begin his business only with RM10 as his capital but with his spirit and never give up he success create about 700 bottle per day with his family help. Although the capacity of output is small, Tuan Haji Mohd Tamin more focused about cleanliness, quality and the flavours of the sauce. The process begin with choose and mixed the ingredient such as soy beans and flour with close to make sure the quality of the sauce guaranted.
After one year pass, the demand towards Kicap Tamin over the expected. This sauce more recognized among housewives and community around the villages. Young people from villages that stay at city bring along this sauce and they start promote this delicious sauce at city’s people. For fulfill the people demand that become more increased, Tuan Haji Mohd Tamin takes a chance to increasing the output to 3,500 bottle per day. Finally, Tuan Haji Mohd Tamin expand his business with open a factory because of desire and popularity of the sauce increased. He open his factory at Enggor. Tuan Haji Mohd Tamin takes more employees to increase the output to 9,000 bottle per day.
Nowadays, Tamin has been recognized with high quality sauce. His family continue Tuan Haji Mohd Tamin’s effort in making of Kicap Tamin with current technology and modern machine in Perak. Although the production become more, the real taste of Kicap Tamin still the same with the taste in 1951. The commitment towards quality really turn out until Kicap Tamin gets expand their market in United Kingdom. His product also successful through the marketing of Japan, UK, Arabic and Indonesia.

Amanda Nasim – Tutti Frutti

''Open Culture'' is a concept according to which knowledge should be spread freely and its growth should come from developing, altering or enriching already existing works on the basis of sharing and collaboration, without being restricted by rules linked to the legal protection of intellectual property. In a context of globalization, the consequence is that all citizens should have equal access to information.
Who knows the amazing lady Amanda Nasim , 20 years old and in her final year of economic and finance student in York University, United Kingdom(UK) gained her potential about Tutti Frutti’s ice cream in that town. Today, she is the co-founder of the Tutti Frutti UK. Her ideas come when Amanda Nasim enjoyed the ice cream in Malaysia but not in UK. She determined to open Tutti Frutti there.
With her high-spirit, Amnda fly to Los Angeles, America State alone to atented a conference from vice francais in the whole world. She stood before 80 bidders at an international conference in Los Angeles to pitc her proposal to the big boss Jay Kim, founder of Tutti Frutti.
Finally her paper work been accepted and she success to convince them that this healty food suitable for each stage of ages. She strive her business with her brother, Andy Nasim and 2 other partnership which is Hasraf Hashim and Ridzuan Nor they together open their first branch of Tutti Frutti in Covent Gardent, London on 13 December 2011.
After one year, Tutti Frutti UK nows have three branch which is Covent Garden, Whiteleys Bayswater and Princes Street Edinburgh, Scotland also a francais in Brighton. According to Andy, Tutti Frutti UK target to open another 10 to 15 francais this year to make their business more success in UK.
With this business that Amanda is handling in UK, she is directly contributing to the Gross National Product (GNP) of Malaysia. GNP measures the market value of all final goods and services produced by nationals whether they are located in the country or abroad. Whether one is based in Japan or USA as long as he or she is a Malaysian and earn incomes they are contributing to Malaysia’s GNP.
There are some info about Tutti Fruitti. First, Tutti Frutti comes from California, America State and now Tutti Frutti have 600 and more branch in 24 country in the whole world. Second, there are more than 50 flavours. The most favourite flavours among people in UK is lychee.
Amanda hasn’t only been contributing in our country’s GNP but indirectly she is also increasing the good names and reputation of Malaysia. Just imagine what Mr.Jay Kim would think of her. Not just a determine young girl but a determined young Malaysian girl. The advantage of this GNP, shows how much Malysia has grown compared to our neighboring nations.

Joel Neoh - Groupon

His first startup was a student agency which matched fresh graduates with employers. He started a business called Youth Asia in 2008 and was responsible for running its flagship youth event, Malaysia Largest Youth Festival. Known as YOUTH'08, YOUTH'09 and YOUTH'10 which gathered more than 100,000 young Malaysians within 3 years.
Joel Noeh's team started the YouthSays Sdn Bhd, an online youth opinion community under Youth Asia. It was also responsible for other events such as Southeast Asia Youths for Change(SEAChange). They held a 2 days summit in Putrajaya International Convention Center, Kuala Lumpur. The speakers who was involved in SEAChange were business leaders and global change icons such as Biz Stone, Garry Kasparov and Randin Zuckerberg. YouthSays was rebranded as SAYS.com and merge with Catcha Media in 2013.
After SAYS.com merged with Catcha Media, Joel Neoh was appointed to the board of directors of the newly rebranded Rev Asia as a non executive director.
In Aug 2010, his team in Youth Asia started up Groupsmore, a social e-commerce startup mimicking the Groupon business model. Within 4 months, GroupsMore joined Groupon via acquisition in an undisclosed amount and was rebranded as Groupon Malaysia.
Joel who is the CEO of Groupon Malaysia. In 2012 his role expanded to Taiwan's market and became the CEO of Groupon Taiwan on top of his role in Malaysia. He became the Regional Leader for the Southeast Asian markets and was reponsible for operations in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and India. In 2013, Joel Neoh became the Vice President of Groupon Asia-pacific and was responsible for the 12markets (Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia.
September 2014, Joel Neoh was 1 of the investors who invested $750,000 in SnapTee. The app that let users turn their photos into T-shirt designs. He is also the liimited partner who invest in 500 Durians, the Southeast-Asian fund stated by Silicon Valley's 500 Startups.
May 2015, Joel Neoh revealed his next entrepreneurial venture, KFit. A platform that connects users to fitness studios, gyms and class across Asia Pacific. It was also revealed that KFit raised a 7 figure US-dollar investment from 500 Startups, SXE Ventures and Founders Global. 2 other investors who joined was Daniel Shin, Founder and CEO of Ticket Monster. Danny Yeung, the former CEO of Groupon of Hong Kong.

            Carlos Slim Helu was born on January 28, 1940 in Mexico City to a family of Lebanese immigrants. He is the one of the wealthiest people in the world or in other words he becomes a billionaire. He achieve the title when he purchased investment at low prices and it turn valuable after economics crash of 1982. He is a Mexican business magnate, investor, and philanthropist from 2010-2013 and popular as warren buffett of Mexico.
            It’s not easy to Carlos Slim Helu to get this easier life because he has to start from the bottom and face up many problem and allegation. It can be seen that he is very serious in this business when he take a basic business knowledge from his father and started working with his family even he still young. After that, he take a decision to begin investment and slowly build a multi-industry of conglomerates and corporation, He manage the company with a full spirit and hold with the key never give up and he successfully.
            Now, he is a chairman and CEO of TELMEX which is this company is the Mexican Telecommunication headquarters in Mexico City that give a service and telecommunications products in American Latin country such as Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela and more. So, this company have a very huge responsibility to many consumer all around American Latin.
            Carlos Slim Helu has an estimated net worth of 6.12 billion according forbes in okteber 2015. Other than that, total wealth belong to Slim in 2007 have intercept all the total Bill Gate’s wealth. It can be said that this entrepreneurship have good chance to people who want to try because it can make life easier.

1.    Visionary
Slim knew he wanted to be a businessman and began to startup his business and investment acumen during his young age. His mentor who is also his father Julian, started giving business lessons to him and often taught him the value of financial literacy, management and accountability, teaching him how to read the financial statements as well as the importance of keeping accurate financial records, the lesson and practice that Slim carries on to this day.
Although He was a civil engineering major because of his fascination for numbers, he also shown interests in economics. After finishing his civil engineering degree, he took economics courses as well and eventually graduated as a civil engineering major. Slim has said that his mathematical prowess and his background of linear programming was a key factor to help him gain an edge in the business world, especially reading financial statements.

He begin his first investment at the age of 11, where he invested in a government savings bond that taught him about the concept of compound interest. He saved up every financial and business earnings he made into his personal ledger book to which he keeps to this day. At the age of 12, he started to make his first stock purchase by purchasing shares in a Mexican bank. At the age of 15, Slim eventually became a shareholder in Mexico's largest bank.  At the age of 17, he earn 200 pesos a week for working in his father's company. He went to National Autonomous University of Mexico to take on study about Civil Engineering and was also concurrently taught on algebra and linear programming, which meant that he was a professor and a student.
In 1960s,after graduating from  college in 1961, Slim begun his career as a stock trader in Mexico, working 14hours everyday. In 1965, Slim's private investment profits reaches $400,000 allowing him to found the stock brokerage. He also started to begin laying the financial groundwork for Grupo Carso. In 1965, he bought Jarritos del Sur. In 1966, he founded Inmobiliaria Carsa which was worth for the amount of $40 million.

By 1972. Slim has obtained another 7 more businesses, including 1 which rented constrcution equipment. In 1976, He has a 60% share of Galas de Mexico (a small printing company that manufactured cigarette-pack labels) for $1 million. 1980, Slim consolidated his business interests by forming Grupo Galas as the parent company of a conglomerate that had interests in industry, construction, mining, retail, food and tobacco. 1981, Slim obtained a majority stake in Mexico's 2nd largest producer and marketer of cigarettes, Cigarros la Tabacelera Mexicana (Cigatam).

Carlos join hands with 2 partners which is Southwestern Bell Corporation and France Telecom and bought Telmex (Telefonos de Mexico) when it was being privatized in the 90s. In recent years, Telmex American depositary receipts have been one of the most widely traded shares on the New York Stock Exchange. Moreover, he has a financial services group who is known as Grupo Financiero Inbursa, and an industrial-retail conglomerate, Grupo Carso. Now, he's ready to expand his empire in the United State. He guessed it's his chance to expand swiftly into Internet services, telecommunications, and sophisticated consumer electronics.
5.    Proactive
When he was leading the members of the Chamber, he carried out a census of all Lebanese businessmen in Mexico and participated with them actively in the Nationalist Campaign during the 1930s, the objective was to promote Mexican industry by buying and consuming made-in-Mexico products, with the purpose of benefiting trade, employment and national development. Not only that, Slim continues to be active in business although his main effort and work is focused in Mexico and Latin America.


CONCLUSION


As the conclusion, definition of entrepreneur and entrepreneurship bring one meaning and wide perspective. In the history the term of entrepreneur born many  successful entrepreneur that have been recognized by many people. Other than that, the meaning of entrepreneurship from all of perspective give a picture to us that entrepreneurship not only do the business but include the characteristic of the entrepreneur. There are no specific definition of entrepreneur and entrepreneurship because they always follow the trend and environment also the economy in the country.
